    When we identify a company that appears interesting, we develop projections for earnings, cash flows, dividends and other fundamental measures using our internal research staff and selected Wall Street sources. An estimate of the upside potential and downside risk for each security is then made and quantified with price targets.

  5. SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS; TIMELY REPORTING; REGULAR CONTACT
    Good communication is an important part of any successful investment program. As our relationship with a client develops, we structure the exchange of information to ensure that we are fully informed of all factors that might influence our investment decisions. Our client service director is dedicated to meeting the day-to-day requirements of our clients, including responding to inquiries, organizing review meetings, ensuring that client guidelines are followed and that portfolio reports are prepared and distributed promptly.

    Periodic portfolio reports are another important element of the communication process. We provide these on a monthly or quarterly basis. The report package contains all of the information needed to review the status of the portfolio, including a summary of investment results. The firm operates a fully staffed back office, providing quality record keeping services. These services are provided at no charge to our clients. In addition, the firm is a member of all principal exchanges and provides professional execution services through its trading desk. Glickenhaus & Co. is also fully staffed to assist our clients in compliance and regulatory issues that may arise in an investment management relationship.
