Seth M. Glickenhaus, Senior Partner and Chief Investment Officer, has devoted his 70 year career to investing and managing client portfolios. His journey began in the bond department of Salomon Brothers & Hutzler in 1934. In 1938, he left Solomon to start Glickenhaus & Lembo. In 1943, Seth, an avid skier, enlisted in the Ski Troops 10th Mountain Division during World War II. He also served in Military Intelligence in Norway.
Upon his return home from the war, Seth led the expansion of Glickenhaus & Co. and successfully managed the firm's capital account. He began the Glickenhaus Foundation in1955 and over the years the foundation has contributed to more than 1,200 charitable causes. Seth received a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard University, an L.L.B. from New York University and was admitted to the Bar Association of New York.
Additionally, he was a member of the Board of Education in New Rochelle, a member of the Bankers' Club of New York, a member of the Municipal Bond Club of New York, a trustee of the Ethical Cultural School Hirsh Fund, Chairman of the Board of the Renaissance Project Anti-Drug Addiction Organization and a Director of the College Careers Program of Westchester.

James M. Glickenhaus, Portfolio Manager and Analyst, has been a Limited Partner since the firm's inception, and became a General Partner in 1997. Jim began his career in the entertainment industry as Chairman of SGE Entertainment where he successfully produced and directed movies commercially distributed by MCA/Universal.
He is an honorary professor at The City University of New York and a recipient of "The Mayor's Crystal Apple Award for Contributions to Artistic and Economic Development of New York City". Jim is a Ferrari enthusiast with a unique car collection. In 2006, he collaborated with Pininfarina to design the P4/5, an original one-of-a-kind Ferrari. He graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in 1972.
